I started in mortgage because I saw too many people getting a bad deal and not even knowing it. This is a quick intro to who I am and how I work.
About Ben
Before lending, I spent years in senior leadership in the hotel industry. Then COVID hit, I was furloughed, and I had a decision to make, wait for the callback, or bet on myself. I closed 109 loans in my first year and made the Scotsman Guide Top 1% of originators. Not because I was the best salesman in the room, but because I was coaching people and being straight with them. That's still how I operate today.

You complete a quick application and send me some documents. I pull together your numbers, and we figure out exactly what you qualify for and what makes sense.
Shop & Make Offers
Armed with your pre-qualification, you go shopping with your realtor. When you find the one, I update what needs to be updated and get the ball rolling.
Processing & Underwriting
My team packages your file, submits it to the lender, and manages every condition. Your job is simple: get us what we ask for, when we ask for it, and start planning your move.
Clear to Close
The lender gives the green light. We schedule closing and make sure everything is buttoned up.
Closing Day
You sign the papers, get the keys, and officially become a homeowner. Don't be surprised if I'm more excited than you are.
